99p Breathwork & Nidra (Booking System Trial) (Online)A calming hour combining guided Breathwork with Yoga Nidra. We'll use the breath to settle the nervous system and ease tension, then move into stillness for a guided Yoga Nidra, a deeply restful practice often described as "yogic sleep."
Practice lying on the floor, the sofa or your bed. The perfect way to close your weekend.
Suitable for all levels, no experience needed.
This class takes place on Zoom, you don't need the Zoom app as you can join from your browser. The join link will be emailed to you shortly before the class starts.
This is a special 99p session to help us test our brand new booking system, so expect a short feedback email afterwards.

As summer begins to turn, this is a natural moment to pause. To look back at the year with kindness, to notice what you have carried, what has sustained you, and what you are ready to let go of.
Through breathwork, gentle yoga, yin and a full yoga Nidra, we will create space to reflect, to soften, and to release what no longer serves you. To gather in only what truly belongs.
You will leave feeling lighter, clearer and more deeply at peace with where you are.
Instructions
The studio has mats and props but please feel free to bring your own mat.
Please press the buzzer for entry to the studio and remove shoes after entering. -
Yin yogaWhat better way to end Mondays than a beautifully soothing and serene yoga class? Join us to connect with your breath, body and mind in a meaningful and mindful way.
Yin yoga is a very calming and gentle practice. Suitable for everyone regardless of age, fitness level and whether you are a beginner or have an established practice.
The benefits of this slow paced style of yoga may help you to alleviate pain and tension, relieve anxiety and stress and boost your overall well-being.
Please wear loose comfortable layers. Bring your yoga mat, mats and props are available at the studio. Bring a bottle of water.
Please remove shoes before entering the studio.
